Investor Business Analysis

Macarena and Jamie will conduct an investor business analysis of each company, using the 4T methodology and will focus on key business metrics. This methodology includes an overview of the team, technology, target market, and traction. Lastly, the analysis will review key business metrics relevant to each company depending on their business model.

Alejandro and Alan will focus on basic concepts of growth methodology and will show how to apply this framework through specific tactics. They will also present digital marketing strategies to understand growth opportunities through Full Funnel Growth.

Carson's workshop will focus on the complete sales cycle of the client from validating inbound and outbound leads to onboarding a new client. Each Corporation will conduct a reverse pitch, explaining its business and challenges.

Commercial Roadshow & Matchmaking

The team will evaluate the fit between each corporation opportunity and participant startups, finishing with individual meetings with the potential clients that have the best fit.
